A fine quality 19th century rosewood and marquetry jewellery or sewing box. The shaped top with satinwood banding and marquetry decoration. The lid opens to reveal an interior with the original green paint and mirror, all standing on original shaped ormolu feet. Great colour and patina with exceptional inlay. English or possibly French Circa 1840.
