Good original colour and patina, an unusual model with exceptional top, the brass work is old but has been replaced at some time and the back legs have been tipped (see photo) otherwise a good high standing serving dresser that would look equally good in a hall as it is only 18 ins deep. The dresser was formerly the property of the late Miss Johanna Vardon founder of The National Foaling Bank , Meretown House , Newport , Shropshire. Welsh/ Shropshire borders Circa 1750.
