A 17th century oak coffer,the frieze and arcaded front wonderfully carved with birds,the sunken panelled lid having holly and walnut inlay in diamond shape.The bottom frieze and sides have a continuous band of inlaid decoration.The top rail being inlaid with the initials SB.English Circa 1650.
