An early 18th century 8 seater gateleg table with end drawers.The unusual bobbin turned underframe having double gates,the table stands on sledge ends and has a centre stretcher, when open is 68 x48 ins and when closed 48x20 ins.Good colour and patina and 30 ins tall so plenty of leg room.The table would also look well as a centre table in a reception room.English Circa 1720.
